The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Paragraph one of part one of article 438 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (2001, Art. No. 25-26, 131) after the words "prohibited by international law" to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with the words "illicit movement or deportation of the child, unjustifiable delay of repatriation of the child, recruitment or use of the child for participation in armed conflict, military (fighting) operations".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
