About introduction of amendments to the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses, the Criminal code of Ukraine, the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine and other legal acts of Ukraine concerning increase in responsibility for the corruption or connected with corruption offenses

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. Note in paragraph three to article 172-6 of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122) of the word and figure "from 100 to 500" shall be replaced with words sheets of the Supreme Council of USSR also in figures "from 150 to 750".

2. In the Criminal code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, Art. No. 25-26, 131):

1) in Article 366-2:

in part one:

in paragraph one of the word and figure "from 500 to 2000" shall be replaced with words also in figures "from 750 to 2500";

2) in Article 368-5:

in paragraph one of part of the first word "for six thousand five hundred thousand rubles" shall be replaced with words "on three thousand subsistence minimums for able-bodied persons";
