1. Form based on the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic and the State agency of intellectual property and innovations under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1) the Ministry of Public Education of the Kyrgyz Republic, with assignment of functions in the field of the preschool, initial, main and secondary general education, primary professional education;

2) the Ministry of science, the higher education and innovations of the Kyrgyz Republic, with assignment of functions in the field of scientific, scientific and technical and innovative activities, secondary, higher and postgraduate professional education, intellectual property.

2. Transform National certifying commission in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Highest certifying commission under the Ministry of science, the higher education and innovations of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 5, 2021 No. 114 the following change:
