1) the paragraph of the seventh part one of article 2 after the words "aviation divisions" to add with the words "pre-trial detention centers";

Article 12 to add 2) with item "u" of the following content:

"s) perform protection of pre-trial detention centers of bodies of the Federal Security Service according to the procedure, determined by the head of federal executive body in the field of safety, perform custodial sanction concerning the convicts left in pre-trial detention centers of bodies of the Federal Security Service for performance of works for economic servicing, perform medical and sanitary providing and obligatory treatment of persons containing in pre-trial detention centers of bodies of the Federal Security Service.";

3) in Article 13 part one:

a) add the Item "g" with words ", have and use in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation pre-trial detention centers";

b) add with the Item "about 3" of the following content:

"3) to announce to persons which are in the territories of pre-trial detention centers of bodies of the Federal Security Service, and also in the territories adjoining to them in which regime requirements, official caution, obligatory for execution, about inadmissibility of the actions creating conditions for making of crimes and administrative offenses, or inadmissibility of continuation of antisocial behavior are established;";

c) add with the Item "item 1" of the following content:

"the item 1) to perform delivery and convoy of the suspects and the crimes accused of making condemned for participation in legal proceedings, the legal proceedings and protection of specified persons during production of legal proceedings according to the procedure established by federal executive body in the field of safety. To bodies of the Federal Security Service in case of convoy the rights, the stipulated in Article 14.1 Laws of the Russian Federation of July 21, 1993 are granted to No. 5473-I "About organizations and bodies of criminal executive system of the Russian Federation";";
