Article 1

Regarding 1 article 25.1 of the Federal Law of July 27, 2004 No. 79-FZ "About the public civil service of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 31, Art. 3215; 2010, No. 49, Art. 6413; 2012, No. 53, Art. 7652; 2016, No. 22, Art. 3091; 2017, No. 27, Art. 3930; 2021, No. 13, Art. 2138; 2022, No. 45, Art. 7669; 2023, No. 18, Art. 3227; No. 31, of the Art. 5783) of the word "the President of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "The president of the Russian Federation or the Government of the Russian Federation, and also on the civil servants replacing positions of civil service of category "heads" of the highest group of positions of civil service in the Office of the Federation Council of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, State Duma administration of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation to which there correspond class rank of the valid counselor of state of the Russian Federation of 1 class and appointment to which and release from which are performed by the chairman of the relevant chamber of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation,".

Article 2

Bring in the Federal Law of July 3, 2016 No. 237-FZ "About the state cadastral assessment" (The Russian Federation Code, 2016, No. 27, Art. 4170; 2020, No. 31, Art. 5028; 2022, No. 1, Art. 18) following changes:

1) in Article 6:

a) regarding 1 word of "executive body of the government of the subject" shall be replaced with words "executive body of the subject";

b) add with parts 1.1 and 1.2 of the following content:
