Bring in the Federal Law of December 31, 2017 No. 486-FZ "About syndicated loan (loan) and modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 1, Art. 70; No. 49, Art. 7524; 2020, No. 52, Art. 8593) following changes:
Part 5.1 of article 2 after words "to the creditor or" to add 1) with the words "in parts or in full";
2) in Article 8:
a) state part 1 in the following edition:
"1. If other is not provided by the agreement of syndicated loan (loan), transition of the rights (requirements) of the member of syndicate of the creditors for monetary commitment belonging to the member of syndicate of creditors based on the agreement of syndicated loan (loan) to other person attracts also change of the corresponding person in other relations under the agreement of syndicated loan (loan), except for obligations on loan granting (loan).";
b) state part 6 in the following edition:
"6. If other is not provided by the agreement, simultaneous transfer by the member of syndicate of creditors of the rights and obligations under the agreement of syndicated loan (loan) to other person is allowed only together with assignment of rights according to transactions about providing syndicated loan (loan).";
3) in Article 9:
a) regarding 1 first offer to state in the following edition: "Upon transition of the rights (requirements) of the member of syndicate of creditors for the transaction or based on the law to other person the creditor whose rights (requirements) passed to other person, shall notify the credit managing director on the taken place transition of the rights and transfer it proofs of transition of the rights to the new creditor.";
