About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Youth Policy in the Russian Federation"

Bring in the Federal Law of December 30, 2020 No. 489-FZ "About youth policy in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 1, Art. 28; 2024, No. 18, Art. 2408; No. 53, Art. 8560) following changes:
