Based on the paragraph of third of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2009 No. 10-Z "About commodity exchanges", parts one of subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 14, 2006 No. 577 "About some questions of activities of the open joint stock company "Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange" Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Realize till January 1, 2028 pilot project on export of the flax fiber developed by flax-processing plants * **, the Eurasian Economic Union classified by code of 5301 single Commodity nomenclatures of foreign economic activity which is not included in order size on delivery (purchase) of agricultural products and raw materials for republican state needs (further – flax fiber), at the exchange biddings of "Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange" open joint stock company.
Determine republican unitary production trade enterprise "Orshansky Flax Processing Business" the single operator by export at the exchange biddings of "Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange" open joint stock company of flax fiber.
