"1. 1) strategically significant medicines - medicines for medical application which provide priority requirements of health care for the purpose of prevention and treatment of the diseases including prevailing in structure of incidence in the Russian Federation and which production shall be provided in the territory of the Russian Federation. The list of strategically significant medicines, and also procedure and criteria of its forming affirm the Government of the Russian Federation;".
This Federal Law becomes effective since September 1, 2025.
