being convinced that cooperation with the purpose of fight against terrorism, drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and precursors, organized crime are important,

anxious with the increasing tendency of drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and precursors and abuses of them,

confirming the desire to conduct joint fight against terrorism,

intended to take effective measures for fight against illegal migration and crimes in the economic sphere,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties according to national legal systems of the states perform cooperation in the field of fight against organized crime, drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and precursors, terrorism if crimes are committed or preparation for them is carried out in the territories of the states of the Parties.

Article 2

For fight against terrorism in any its manifestations of the Party, according to national legal systems of the states, and also according to provisions of this agreement:

1) communicate about planned and assassinated, about the terrorist organizations and groups, and also persons participating in such crimes, about forms and methods of making of such crimes and the used means, and also data which are necessary for fight against terrorism and control of offenses, the Parties menacing to public and state security;

2) communicate about the support rendered to the terrorist organizations and persons involved in terrorist activities, including about financing sources;

3) communicate about persons and the organizations which are engaged in illegal arms trade, ammunition, military equipment, explosive and toxic agents, nuclear and radioactive materials and also about channels of their movement on the territories of the states of the Parties;
