1) in Article 1:

a) the twelfth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"the tourist industry - the complex sphere of economic activity connected with use of tourist resources and objects of the tourist industry for the purpose of provision of tourist services including as a part of tourist products, and other services providing needs of tourists including services in food, transportation, sanatorium treatment, information support, gambling and entertaining and congress and exhibition services;";

b) add with paragraphs the forty first - forty third the following content:

"objects of the tourist industry - type of the tourist resources including the rooms, buildings, structures, constructions, vehicles and other objects belonging to subjects of the tourist industry on the property right, leases or on other legal cause and used for rendering tourist services;

subjects of the tourist industry - the legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and physical persons performing the activities directed to rendering tourist services to tourists according to this Federal Law;
