About modification of appendix 6 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 24, 2024 No. 1481

1. Bring in appendix 6 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 24, 2024 No. 1481 "About approval of inventories which export and import is subject to licensing, and quotas for 2025" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2025, No. 6, of the Art. 481) - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 6, 2025 No. 664 change which is applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.

"The mode of export licensing is not applied in case of implementation of export by the subject of foreign economic activity who received the nepreferentsionny certificate of origin from Ukraine issued by Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Ukraine on the goods exported without application of the conditions of preferential trade provided by the Agreement on association between Ukraine, on the one hand, and the European Union, European Atomic Energy Community and their state members, on the other hand, with indication of data on such certificate in the customs declaration completed regularly or in the additional declaration to the simplified or periodic customs declarations according to the procedure, determined by the legislation concerning customs affairs (without submission of the original certificate to customs authority).
