About modification of some orders of the Government (for enforcement of some provisions of the Code of road transport)

No. 6-12, 44), with subsequent changes, for the purpose of the organization of execution of provisions of parts (3) and (4) article 152-2 of the Code of road transport No. 150/2014 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 247-248, 568), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In appendix No. 7 to the Order of the Government No. 297/2017 about implementation of the Law No. 215 of November 4, 2011 on frontier of the Republic of Moldova (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 155-161, 374), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. the last offer of Item 2 after the word is "performed" to be added with the words "based on analysis results of risks and";

1.2. 1) of Item 5 after the word to "persons" to add the subitem with the words "and to vehicles";

1.3. add with Item 5-1 of the following content:

"5-1. Based on analysis results of risks the Boundary police establishes orders about control".

2. In the Order of the Government No. 834/2008 about the Integrated information system of Boundary police (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 125-126, 841), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

2.1. in appendix No. 1:

2.1.1. add Item 5 with the subitem 111) of the following content:

"111) Code of road transport No. 150/2014;";

2.1.2. add Item 15 with the subitem g) the following content:

"g) data on permission:

- permission type (permission to motor transportation transportations of passengers along regular routes, permission to pendular flights, permission to irregular motor transportation transportations of passengers, the book of INTERBUS);
