About modification of some orders of the Government (amendment of some sanitary veterinary regulations and microbiological criteria for foodstuff)

Based on part (1) Article 29 and part (3) article 37 of the Law No. 221/2007 on veterinary and sanitary activities (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, Art. No. 13-20, 10), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

This resolution:

- shifts Item (q) of Article 2, the paragraph third parts (2) Articles 5, paragraphs the third and fourth parts (5) Articles 5, of footnote (2), (14), (24) in Chapter 1, footnote (9) to Item 2.2 of Chapter 2 and the last paragraph of subitem 3.2 of Chapter 3 of Appendix 1 to Regulations (EU) No. 2073/2005 of the Commission of November 15, 2005 about microbiological criteria for foodstuff (The text relating to EES), CELEX: 32005R2073, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 338 of December 22, 2005, with the last amendments made by Regulations (EU) 2020/205 of the Commission of February 14, 2020;

- shifts Article 17 of Regulations (EU) No. 543/2008 of the Commission of June 16, 2008 about establishment of detailed rules of application of Regulations (EU) No. 1234/2007 of Council about trade standards for fowl, CELEX: 32008R0543, European Union published in the Official magazine L 157 of June 17, 2008, with the last amendments made by Regulations (EU) No. 519/2013 of February 21, 2013.

1. In the Veterinary sanitary standard on supervision, control and fight against bird flu approved by the Order of the Government No. 939/2008 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 154-156, 950), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. in item 4:

state the concept "poultry" of the following edition:

"poultry – bird who is grown up or contains in bondage for production of meat, eggs for consumption, other products, for recovery of livestock of feathery game, including for cultivation;
