About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning creation and functioning of the State register of the military personnel and enhancement of procedure for conducting military accounting
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:
1. In part five of Article 24-2 of Bases of the legislation of Ukraine On health protection (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 4, Art. 19 with the following changes):
word in paragraph one "The state register of physical persons -" shall be replaced with words taxpayers "The state register of physical persons taxpayers, the Unified state register of recruits, persons liable for call-up and reservists";
word in paragraph ten "citizens and the State register of physical persons - taxpayers" shall be replaced with words "citizens, the state register of physical persons taxpayers, the Unified state register of recruits, persons liable for call-up and reservists";
the eleventh to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"During the information exchange provided by this part, access to medical information concerning the patient is not allowed, except obtaining case according to the procedure of electronic information exchange by the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine of information on results of the medical examinations performed for the purpose of determination of suitability of persons to accomplishment of conscription for entering into the Unified state register of recruits, persons liable for call-up and reservists for the purpose of ensuring national security and defense".
2. In the Law of Ukraine "About defense of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000, No. 49, Art. 420 with the following changes):
