1. According to the procedure of calculation of the average salary (the income, cash cover) for calculation of payments for obligatory national social insurance, No. 1266 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 26, 2001 "About calculation of the average salary (the income, cash cover) for calculation of payments for obligatory national social insurance" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 40, Art. 1802; 2009, No. 95, Art. 3279; 2015, No. 53, Art. 1716; 2022, No. 97, Art. 6053; 2023, No. 57, Art. 3206; 2025, No. 8, Art. 667):
1) in paragraph one of Item 1 of the word of "the first five days of temporary disability" shall be replaced with words "the first five (seventeen - on place of employment where there was insured event on accident insurance on production or occupational disease, entailed disability) days of temporary disability";
2) in Item 2:
