About change and amendment of the Concept and Action plan on development of the National accounting standards in the public sector approved by the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 159 of December 27, 2016

Based on part (1) article 20 of the Law on public finance and budget and tax responsibility No. 181 of 25.07.2014 (became effective from 1:01. 2015) (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova No. 223-230, to Art. 519 of 8.08.2014), with subsequent changes, I ORDER:

1. On development of National accounting standards in the public sector, No. 159/2016 to make the following changes to the Order of the Minister of Finance on approval of the Concept and the Action plan:

1.1. In Item 3 the phrase "Council on Accounting Standards in the Public Sector" to replace "Ministry of Finance" with the phrase.

1.2. In item 4 the phrase "The state secretary (in the field of budget implementation" to replace with the phrase "The state secretary 4".

2. In appendix No. 1 to the order:

2.1. In Chapter 2 "Urgent situation and actions for reforming of financial accounting in the budget sector of the Republic of Moldova" in Item 2.1:

2.1.1. In the third paragraph the phrase", for the last 2 years" to exclude.

2.1.2. In the eighth paragraph:

2.1.2.1. "The strategy of development of management of public finance for 2013-2020 approved by the Order of the Government No. 573 of August 6, 2013" to replace the phrase with the phrase of "The strategy of development of management of public finance for 2023-2030 approved by the Order of the Government No. 71/2023";
