About modification of some regulations (introduction of the state fee in case of submission of claims)

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In article 3 of the Law on procedure for calculation of payment for notarial services No. 271/2003 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 141-145, 576), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

in part (words "other estimative documents issued by representatives on that persons" shall be replaced with words 3) "the valuation reports constituted by appraisers according to the Law on estimative activities No. 989/2002";

state the note in the following edition:

"Note. In case of lack of estimated value in the Real estate register the cost of lands determined according to Item provisions c) of part is used (3) Article 79 of the Land code No. 22/2024, and for other real estate – the real estate value determined according to part (5) article 4 of the Law on enforcement of the Section VI of the Tax code No. 1056/2000.".

Art. II. – In article 83 of the Law on public procurements No. 131/2015 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 424-429, 666), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

part (to add 4) with Item g) the following content:

"g) payment confirmation of the state fee.";

add Article with parts (7) and (8) the following content:

"(7) In case of submission of the claim the economic operator pays the state fee according to provisions of the Law on the state fee No. 213/2023.

(8) the Economic operator pays the state fee within three working days from the moment of submission of the claim. In case of failure to pay duty the claim returns to the specified time without consideration.".
