"1.3. Non-execution by the debtor - public authority (state body), local government body or the public (municipal) state institution of the requirements of non-property nature containing in the executive document in time, established by the legislation on enforcement proceeding, -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on officials at the rate from ten thousand to twenty thousand rubles.";

2) regarding 1 Article 23.68 of the word "parts 1 and 2 of Article 17.15" shall be replaced with words "parts 1, 1.3 and 2 Articles 17.15".
