Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of July 29, 2017 No. 217-FZ "About conducting by citizens gardening and truck farming for own needs and about modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 31, Art. 4766; 2020, No. 22, Art. 3383; No. 31, Art. 5066; No. 46, Art. 7213; No. 52, Art. 8591; 2022, No. 29, Art. 5279; 2023, No. 16, Art. 2760; 2024, No. 31, Art. 4471; No. 33, Art. 5003) following changes:

1) in Article 1:

a) add part 1 with words "(further - conducting by citizens gardening and truck farming)";

b) state part 2 in the following edition:

"2. This Federal Law determines features of creation, civil provision and activities of gardening non-commercial partnerships and gardening non-commercial partnerships.";

2) in Article 3:

a) to add Item 1 after words of "crops" with words ", agricultural bird and (or) rabbits in the cases provided by this Federal Law";

b) state Item 3 in the following edition:

"3) economic constructions - the capital construction projects and (or) non-capital structures, constructions located on the garden parcels of land or the garden parcels of land, intended for satisfaction with citizens of domestic and other needs including sheds, baths, greenhouses, canopies, cellars, summer kitchens, wells. Also other constructions which are parts of apartment houses, garden houses do not belong to economic constructions of cellar;";
