About modification of some regulations (fight against the fraud infringing on financial interests of the European Union)

This law shifts Item (a) of part (1) Article 2 and Items (a) - (c) of part (2) Article 3 of the Directive of the European parliament and Council (EU) 2017/1371 of July 5, 2017 about fight against the fraud infringing on financial interests of the Union, by means of the criminal law, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 198/29 of July 28, 2017, CELEX: 32017L1371.

Art. I. - In the Criminal code of the Republic of Moldova No. 985/2002 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 72-74, 195), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

1. In Article 126-1:
