No. 295-308, 452), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. The regulations on procedure for appointment and allowance payment to families with children approved by the Order of the Government No. 1478/2002 (2002, Art. No. 154-157, 1612), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Item 24-2 of the following content:

"24-2. Allowance payment stops in the automated mode based on the data which are available in the state information resources consumed through interoperability platform since the month following after month in which there came the death of the receiver of benefit or, in appropriate cases, his child.".

2. The regulations on procedure for appointment and payment of public welfare payments for special merits before the state approved by the Order of the Government No. 1413/2003 (2003, Art. No. 239-24-2, 1466), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Item 17-1 of the following content:

"17-1. Payment of public welfare payment for special merits before the state stops in the automated mode based on the data which are available in the state information resources consumed through interoperability platform since the month following after month in which there came the death of the receiver of benefit.".
