1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 21, 2021 No. 1230 "About approval of the Regulations on federal state control (supervision) of observance of the labor law and other regulatory legal acts containing regulations of labor right" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 30, Art. 5804; 2022, No. 5, Art. 785; 2023, No. 23, Art. 4171; No. 47, Art. 8444; 2025, No. 7, Art. 631).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 21, 2021 No. 1230

1. In Item 5 of the word "till December 31, 2025." shall be replaced with words "till December 31, 2026".

2. In Regulations on federal state control (supervision) of observance of the labor law and other regulatory legal acts containing regulations of labor right, approved by the specified resolution:

a) in Item 6 of the word "articles 353 and 354 - 365" shall be replaced with words "Articles 353 - 365";

b) to add the paragraph of the sixth of Item 13 after the words "Controlled Person Has the Right to Give" with words "including with use of the federal state information system "Single Portal of the State and Municipal Services (Functions)";
