"Article 14. Structure of the Russian Academy of Sciences
1. The structure of the Russian Academy of Sciences includes regional departments of the Russian Academy of Sciences and representative office of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
2. Regional departments of the Russian Academy of Sciences are the federal state budgetary institutions created according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, taking into account the features determined by this Federal Law.
3. The Russian Academy of Sciences performs on behalf of the Russian Federation according to the procedure and amount which are established by the Government of the Russian Federation, power of the founder and owner of the property which is in operational management of regional departments of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
