"23) the organizations of transport servicing of the population for intermunicipal routes of regular transportations of passengers and baggage by road transport and urban land electric transportation, the organizations of transport servicing of the population extra street transport along intermunicipal routes, the organization of transport servicing of the population inland water transport in borders of the subject of the Russian Federation, including on routes which begin in borders of this subject of the Russian Federation, the organization of transport servicing of the population sea transport between municipalities of this subject of the Russian Federation, creation of conditions for implementation of activities for transportation of passengers and baggage by automobile taxi, participations in the organization of transport servicing of the population along interregional routes of regular transportations of passengers and baggage by road transport and urban land electric transportation, the organizations of transport servicing of the population air transport in the intermunicipal and suburban message and by rail in the suburban message;".
