In buildings of the courts of the general jurisdiction in the presence in them rooms for temporary stay of the escorted suspects and persons accused (further - rooms for temporary stay) space allowance on one person and requirements to material equipment and sanitary and hygienic condition of rooms for temporary stay are established by Judicial department under the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
The suspects and persons accused escorted from places of detention are provided with free food employees of places of detention according to article 22 of this Federal Law. Medical and sanitary providing such suspects and persons accused will be organized according to the legislation in the field of health protection.
