About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on judicial examination and the status of the court expert No. 68/2016 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 157-162, 316), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In all text of the law to replace the word "specialization" in the corresponding case with the word "specialty" in the corresponding case.

2. In Article 2:

state the concept "bureau of judicial examination" of the following edition:

"bureau of judicial examination - form of the organization of activities of the court expert within individual bureau of judicial examination or the joint bureau of judicial examination;";

in the concept "court expert" of the word "in the specialty, in which it is authorized" shall be replaced with words "in the specialty in which it is qualified,";

in the concept "public judicial and expert organization" of the word "the body of the public power (organization) entering" shall be replaced with words "body of the public power (organization) or its division, entering";

in the concept "laboratory of judicial examination" of the word "the building or the room in organization" to replace with the word "room".

3. Part (articles 6 after words of "public judicial and expert organization" to add 3) with words "/bureau of judicial examination".

4. In part (Article 11 of the word "as the court expert ad-hoc person, competent in the examination of specialty required for production can be acknowledged." shall be replaced with words 1) "the applicant of judicial examination can recognize ad-hoc as the court expert person, competent in the examination of specialty required for production.".

5. In part (2) Article 12 of the word "illegalities of the acts made" shall be replaced with words "illegalities of the documents or acts made".
