About sending out on business of national experts in organizations and bodies of the European Union
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
(1) This law establishes the special regulatory base concerning sending out on business of national experts of bodies of the public power or public organizations of the Republic of Moldova in organizations and bodies of the European Union.
(2) Provisions of this law are directed to assistance to knowledge sharing and the advanced practicians, stimulation of interdepartmental cooperation and provision to employees of bodies of the public power and public organizations of the Republic of Moldova of opportunities for acquisition of practical experience. At the same time the European Union is given opportunity to receive special examinations from the recalled national experts that will provide strengthening of the bilateral relations and creation of climate of mutual training and continuous professional development.
(1) Provisions of this law extend to employees of bodies of the public power or public organizations of the Republic of Moldova whose years of service at the time of their sending out on business constitute at least 12 months which are actually fulfilled in relevant organs of the public power or public organizations.
(2) Provisions of this law do not extend to the personnel employed for certain term, persons holding responsible state positions, personnel of office of persons holding responsible state positions and heads of public organizations.
