The violation by officials of state bodies and local government bodies of the procedure for consideration of addresses of citizens established by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic expressed in illegal refusal in acceptance and consideration of addresses of citizens, violation of terms of their consideration, non-presentation of the answer in written (electronic) form, and also failure to provide of recovery of the violated citizen's rights -
attract imposing of penalty on officials in the amount of 100 settlement indicators.".
Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About procedure for consideration of addresses of citizens" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2007, No. 5, the Art. 458) the following changes:
