The government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Moldova which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties agreed as follows:

Article 1

The Russian side will allocate to the Moldavian Side two calculations of mine and search service on contractual terms.

The Russian side will allocate to the Dnestr region of the Republic of Moldova according to the request of local authorities for mine clearing three calculations of mine and search service on contractual terms, and also to the technician and means of engineering arms according to the appendix which is integral part of this agreement, for a fee at the prices operating at the time of their obtaining.

Article 2

The Moldavian Side and the Dnestr region of the Republic of Moldova assume accomplishment and financing of works on mine clearing which will be carried out in coordination with the Joint control commission.

Moldavian Side and Dnestr region of the Republic of Moldova:

will pay to the military personnel of the Russian Federation performing mine clearing according to this agreement, the monetary reward according to the signed contract;

compensate to the Russian Side of payment which will be made to the injured military personnel of the Russian Federation or members of their families - wives (husbands), children who did not reach 18 years (the pupil aged up to 23 years) or is more senior than this age if they became disabled people before achievement of 18-year age by them, to fathers and mothers according to article 18 of the Law of the Russian Federation "About the status of the military personnel" in case of death (death) or mutilation (wound, injury, contusion) the military personnel, and also the pension amounts on disability paid to this military personnel, or the pensions on the occasion of loss of the supporter paid to members of their families, benefits and compensation payments established by the legislation of the Russian Federation;
