About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of July 6, 2011 No. 924/16

1. Bring in the Regulations on use of cash and other equipment in case of acceptance of instruments of payment approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of July 6, 2011 No. 924/16, the following changes:
the fifth Item 1 to state part in the following edition:
"The legal entities and individual entrepreneurs specified in part four of this Item, in case of acceptance of payments in case of sales of goods, included in the inventory, subject to marking by means of identification (further - the goods which are subject to marking), provide information transfer, the marking containing in code, in the control system of the cash equipment (further, unless otherwise specified, - SKKO) by means of the open interface of the programming of appendices provided by the republican unitary enterprise "Information and Publishing Center for Taxes and Fees".";
