About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Investment council under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 16, 2022 No. 253
For the purpose of enhancement of activities of Investment council under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and increase in efficiency of dialogue between the state and business community in the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Investment council under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 16, 2022 No. 253 the following changes:
1) in the name and in Items 1, 2 words "Investment council" in different cases shall be replaced with words "Council on business development and investments" in the corresponding cases;
2) in Regulations on Investment council under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in the name of the word "about Investment council" shall be replaced with words "about Council for business development and investments";
- in Item 1 of the word "Investment council" shall be replaced with words "Council on business development and investments";
- add Item 5 with subitems 5, of 6, 7 following contents:
"5) stimulation of attraction of ecologically oriented and steady investments;
6) the organization and carrying out the consultations, meetings, conferences, seminars, forums and other organizational and information actions connected with activities of Council for the purpose of improvement of business environment and the investment climate, development of the mechanism of public-private partnership and enhancement of mechanisms of legal protection of subjects of entrepreneurship;
