1) in Item 2 of Article 13:
a) the paragraph one to state in the following edition:
"2. For the purpose of protection of lands owners of the parcels of land, owners of the public servitude shall hold events on:";
b) add with the subitem 4 following of content:
"4) to protection of lands against distribution of dangerous types of invasive (alien) plants and destruction of such plants.";
Item 1 of Article 39.25 to add 2) with the subitem 10 of the following content:
"10) obligation of the owner of the servitude to hold events for protection of lands against distribution of dangerous types of invasive (alien) plants and destruction of such plants.";
Paragraph two of the subitem 1 of Item 2 of Article 45 to add 3) with words ", including owing to not holding actions for protection of lands against distribution of dangerous types of invasive (alien) plants and to destruction of such plants".
