Article 1

The parties will provide to physical persons and legal entities with the permanent place of residence and the location in the territories of the Parties possibility of free money transfer in national currencies on uncommercial transactions which list and conditions of implementation are determined by the Ministries of Finance of the Parties in the special agreement.

Article 2

Payments in national currencies on uncommercial transactions are made through correspondent accounts of the Central bank of the Russian Federation in the National Bank of Ukraine and the National Bank of Ukraine in the Central bank of the Russian Federation. The specified payments can be made also through the correspondent accounts of commercial banks of the Russian Federation and Ukraine opened by them in coordination with the Central (national) Banks of the Parties according to the legislation of these countries.

Article 3

The ministries and departments will sign bilateral agreements about carrying out settlement on uncommercial transactions in coordination with the Ministries of Finance and the Central (national) Banks of the Parties.

Article 4

Changes and additions by mutual consent of the Parties can be made to this agreement.

Article 5

All matters of argument connected with accomplishment and interpretation of this agreement will be permitted by negotiations.
