About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of procedure for distribution of court costs and court fee

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1) in the Economic Procedure Code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2017, No. 48, the Art. 436):

a) the second Article 221 to state part in the following edition:

"2. In the case determined by part one of this Article, the court resolves issue of legal costs without notice of participants of case. If the court considers necessary, for the solution of question of legal costs he can appoint judicial meeting which is held no later than fifteen days from the date of decision making on the substance of claims";

b) third of Article 244 to state part in the following edition:

"3. The court which made the decision makes the additional judgment in the same structure within ten days from the date of receipt of the corresponding statement. The additional judgment is made in the same order, as the judgment and if the court resolves only issue of legal costs - without notice participants of case";

2) in the Code of civil procedure of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2017, No. 48, the Art. 436):

a) add Article 136 with part five of the following content:

"5. Person declaring the petition for delay or payment by installments of court costs, reduction of their size or release from their payment shall provide at the same time the proofs confirming availability of circumstances which prove such petition";

b) the second Article 246 to state part in the following edition:

"2. In the case determined by part one of this Article, the court resolves issue of legal costs without notice of participants of case. If the court considers necessary, for the solution of question of legal costs he can appoint judicial meeting which is held no later than twenty days from the date of decision making on the substance of claims";

c) third of Article 270 to state part in the following edition:
