About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 6, 2023 No. 10 "About Regulations of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 6, 2023 No. 10 "About Regulations of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following changes and amendment:

in the Regulations of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

add with Item 86-1 of the following content:

"86-1. According to orders of the Prime Minister about need of adoption of legislative amendments to two weeks from the date of receipt of the corresponding order by responsible state body vision of process of execution and its stages in the procedure established by this Item is developed.

The responsible state body in week time from the date of receipt of the corresponding order at the level of the supervising political government employee determines one of the following mechanisms of execution:

1) development of the new bill;

2) introduction of legislative amendments to the bill which is already initiated by the Government which is at stage of development or approval of state bodies (before entering into Government office);

3) introduction of legislative amendments to the bill which is under consideration of the Majilis of Parliament (in case of need immediate introduction of legislative amendments).

At the same time realization of the approach specified in the subitem 3) to part two of this Item is performed according to the procedure, the stipulated in Item 124 presents of Regulations.

Depending on the offered mechanism specific procedures of legislative process, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Kazakhstan, with accurately regulated terms of their realization are also determined.

The approaches developed by responsible state body with the corresponding reasons are sent for approval in the Ministry of Justice.
