Article 1

Part 1 of Article 10.5 to add 1) with Items 9 and 10 of the following content:

"9) not to allow distribution of audiovisual works which contain the materials discrediting traditional Russian spiritual and moral values and (or) propagandizing their denial;

10) within a day from the moment of receipt of the relevant requirement of the federal executive body performing functions on control and supervision in the field of mass media, mass communications, information technologies and communication to stop distribution of the audiovisual work on which the federal executive body performing functions on development and realization of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of culture according to the Federal Law of August 22, 1996 No. 126-FZ "On the state support of cinematography of the Russian Federation" makes the decision on refusal in provision (issue) of the distribution certificate or on withdrawal of the distribution certificate or the conclusion about availability of the materials discrediting traditional Russian spiritual and moral values and (or) propagandizing their denial is issued.";
