"Article 9.1. Material logistics of criminal executive system

Material logistics of criminal executive system is performed within budgetary appropriations of the federal budget for the corresponding year according to the procedure and on regulations which are established by federal body of criminal executive system if other is not established by the Federal Laws.

Providing criminal executive system with weapon, ammunition and special means is performed on the regulations established by federal body of criminal executive system. The procedure for such providing, accounting, storage, issue, repair, write-off of weapon, ammunition and special means, control of their turnover, utilizations and destructions which are written off weapon, ammunition is established by federal body of criminal executive system according to the Federal Laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation regulating questions of traffic in weapons.";
