For the purpose of creation of conditions for further development of physical culture and sport in the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Medium-term tariff policy of the Kyrgyz Republic on electrical energy for 2025-2030" of April 24, 2025 No. 227 the following change:
in Medium-term tariff policy of the Kyrgyz Republic on electrical energy for 2025-2030 approved by the above-stated resolution:
in appendix 4 to the above-stated Medium-term tariff policy:
- to add Item 36 of Chapter 6 with the subitem 10 of the following content:
"10) the football organizations and the organizations corresponding to one of the following characteristics:
- the professional football clubs (irrespective of patterns of ownership) which underwent accreditation in consolidation of legal entities "The Kyrgyz football union", and also meeting all mandatory requirements of club licensing according to Regulations of the Kyrgyz football union for licensing of football clubs;
- the football academies (irrespective of patterns of ownership) which underwent accreditation in consolidation of legal entities "The Kyrgyz football union", including corresponding to system of assessment (ratings) of academies of the International federation of football associations (FIFA) and/or Asian confederation of soccer (AFC).".
2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
