1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on forming and application of rates for paid educational services in the Kyrgyz Republic" of May 18, 2009 No. 300 the following changes:

in Regulations on the forming and application of rates for paid educational services in the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

- add Item 2 with the paragraph of the following content:

"Requirements of Item 7 of this provision are obligatory for all state and non-state educational organizations training foreign citizens from foreign countries on medical specialties.";

- state Item 7 in the following edition:

"7. The price list of rates for paid educational services is developed for foreign students separately and affirms according to Item 5 of this provision. The size of rates for paid educational services for the foreign citizens from foreign countries studying in higher education institutions on medical specialties cannot be below the minimum size established according to this Provision.
