About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 1, 2011 No. 687

Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 1, 2011 No. 687 "About some measures for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About entering of amendments and changes into some laws of the Republic of Belarus concerning architectural, town-planning and construction activities" the following changes:

1.1. in Regulations on the procedure for creation and maintaining the state town-planning inventory of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:

add the Provision with Item 4-1 of the following content:

"4-1. The Ministry of Architecture determines the single operator by maintaining the state town-planning inventory (further - the single operator).";

state Item 7 in the following edition:

"7. The scope of information of information funds of the town-planning inventory of all territorial levels, procedure for their maintaining and provision to the single operator for inclusion in the state town-planning inventory are determined by the Ministry of Architecture.";

add the Provision with Items 8 and 9 of the following content:

"8. Data on the town-planning projects of general, detailed and special planning which are in development before their approval are subject to display in the electronic database of town-planning projects according to the procedure, established by the Ministry of Architecture.
