About modification of the Procedure for withdrawal from open access of the declaration of person authorized on accomplishment of functions of the state or local self-government

According to Item 5 parts one of Article 12, 47, of Item 2-11 of the Section XIII "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption" ORDER to Article part one:

1. Make changes to the Procedure for withdrawal from open access of the declaration of person authorized on accomplishment of functions of the state or local self-government approved by the order of the National agency concerning prevention of corruption of October 12, 2023 No. 221/23, registered on October 13, 2023 at No. 1791/40847, having been reworded as follows it which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

2. To submit to management of conducting complete checks this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman of the National agency concerning prevention of corruption according to distribution of obligations.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
