Article 1

1) Item 1.2 after the word "constructions" to add with words "to improvement of the territory,";

2) Item 1.3 after the word "constructions" to add with words "to improvement of the territory,";

Item 10 after figure "3," to add 3) with figure "6,";

To add 4) with Item 14 of the following content:

"14) if there was need of change of contract date on performance of works on construction supervision owing to and within increase (reduction) in contract date at performance of works on construction, reconstruction, capital repairs of capital construction project in the course of which construction supervision, without change of other essential terms of the contract on performance of works on construction supervision is exercised.".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective since January 1, 2026.
