Article 1. Make the following changes to article 18.67 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the state fee" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2001, No. 12, Article 740 (volume I); 2024, No. 1, Articles 10, 16, No. 6 (book I), Article 637, No. 7, Articles 747, 751, 775, No. 8, Article 933, No. 11, article 1187, No. 12 (book II), Article 1351; 2025, No. 1, Article 1; The Laws of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 29, 2024 No. 121-VIIGD and of March 18, 2025 No. 161-VIIGD):
1.1. In paragraph one of the word "The Registration Certificate on Pesticides, Biological Medicines and Agrochemicals, Import Quarantine Permission and Phytosanitary Certificates" shall be replaced with words "The certificate on state registration on pesticides, biological medicines and agrochemicals and phytosanitary (reexport phytosanitary) the certificate for export (re-export) of plants and vegetable products";
1.2. In Article 18.67.1 of the word "The Registration Certificate on Pesticides, Biological Medicines and Agrochemicals" shall be replaced with words "The certificate on state registration on pesticides, biological medicines and agrochemicals";
1.3. Repeal Article 18.67.2;
1.4. To add Article 18.67.3 after the word "Phytosanitary" with words "(reexport phytosanitary)".
