Article 1. In the Code of the Azerbaijan Republic about administrative offenses (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2016, No. 2 (the book I), Article 202 (volume I); 2024, No. 1, Article 18, No. 2, Article 135, No. 4, article 362, No. 5 (book I), Articles 487, 489, 492, 503, No. 7, Articles 750, 768, 771, 772, No. 12 (book I), article 1280, No. 12 (book II), Articles 1330, 1350; 2025, No. 1, Articles 1, 15, No. 2, Article 99; Resolutions of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 2, 2016 No. 138-VIIQD 14 of February, 2025 No. 143-VIIQD and No. 7 of March, 2025 (Laws No. 152-VIIGD) to make the following changes:
1.1. Bring the following changes in the first offer of Article 54.2: after figures "528-1.3" to add figures "528-2";
1.2. Add with Article 528-2 of the following content:
"Article 528-2. Payment of payments on enforcement proceeding cash
For acceptance by the legal executive of the cash which is subject to payment according to executive documents, executive payments, and also the expenses connected with making of executive actions or cash payment of the money which is subject to payment to the claimant or the debtor by the legal executive - officials attract imposing of penalty in the amount of five hundred to one thousand manats.
