1.1. in the first case shall be replaced with words the word "debtor" "the debtor - physical person, the head of executive body of legal person debtor";
1.2. According to Article 231.3:
1.2.1. in the first (the first case) and the fourth (the first case) offers shall be replaced with words the word "debtor" "the head of executive body of the debtor - physical person, the head of executive body of the debtor - the legal entity";
