About modification in § 40 Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

Make change in §40 Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 18, 2007 No. 950 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 54, Art. 2180; 2011, No. 88, the Art. 3199), having added it with item 4 of the following content:
"4. In case of introduction in Ukraine or in its certain areas of warlike situation members of the government can submit for consideration of the Cabinet of Ministers drafts of acts without repeated approval. At the same time ministers can state the line item concerning need of repeated approval of the corresponding drafts of acts at cabinet meeting or government committee.".
