This Federal Law establishes measures for protection of economic interests of the Russian Federation when implementing foreign trade in goods, procedure for introduction and application of such measures.

Article 2. The basic concepts used in this Federal Law

For the purposes of this Federal Law the following basic concepts are used:

agricultural goods - goods which are classified in groups with 1 on 24 (except for fish and products from marine biological resources) the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Commonwealth of Independent States, and also such goods, as: mannitol; D-glucitol (sorbite); essential oils; casein, albumine, gelatin, dextrins and the modified starches, glues; means finishing; sorbite; skins and skin; raw materials fur and fur; raw silk and schappes; hair of animals; raw cotton, cotton waste, fiber cotton combed; flax raw; hemp raw.
