1. Bring in the order of the Deputy prime minister - the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 26, 2025 No. 11-1-4/104 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 35754) the following changes and amendment:
in Rules of forming, maintaining and use of the register of the investors approved by the specified order:

"3-1) common regional pool of investment projects - the list of the realized and studied investment projects in all industries of economy, the thousandfold monthly settlement indicator worth up to hundred fifty established by the law on the republican budget and operating for January 1 of the corresponding financial year as which initiators subjects of private entrepreneurship (domestic and foreign investors) act, created by local executive bodies, on condition of their compliance to the criteria approved by the solution of the regional investment staff;";
state Item 3 in the following edition:
"3. Forming and maintaining the register of investors is performed in the automatic mode in NTsIP based on data on the investment projects included in national and common regional pools of investment projects.";
state Item 5 in the following edition:
"5. Forming of national and common regional pools of investment projects are performed according to Rules of the organization of "one window" for the investors, and also order of interaction in case of investment attraction approved by the order of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 26, 2023 No. 11-1-4/327 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 32910).".
