About entering of amendments into the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 11, 2019 No. 203 "About further enhancement of system of public administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

I DECIDE:

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 11, 2019 No. 203 "About further enhancement of system of public administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following amendments:

on regulation and development of the financial market approved by the above-named Decree to add Item 14 of the Regulations on the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan with subitems 235-3), 235-4) and 235-5) of the following content:

"235-3) approval of procedure for placement of temporarily spare budget money from the single treasurer account together with National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

235-4) approval of procedure for approval of the State Treasury of terms and amounts of placement of temporarily available budgetary funds by subjects of the quasi-public sector on deposits at the National operator of mail and (or) in banks of the second level and other financial instruments together with National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

235-5) together with the central authorized body on budget policy, the central authorized body on budgetary planning, the central authorized body on budget implementation and National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan forming of the analytical report about budget risks and determination of procedure for its forming;".

2. This Decree becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
